Privacy, explained simply.

This page explains how the current VOXFORG website handles information. We have kept it direct so visitors can understand it without translating legal language.

Information entered on the website

The project enquiry form does not send information to a VOXFORG database. When you select “Prepare in Gmail,” the website opens a Gmail compose page with the details you entered. You decide whether to send that email.

Email communication

If you email VOXFORG, your message and contact details are handled by your email provider and the VOXFORG email inbox. We use that information to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and maintain necessary business records.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not intentionally set advertising cookies, create user accounts or run an analytics service. If those practices change, this notice should be updated before the new tools are enabled.

External links

The website links to Instagram. When you follow an external link, that platform’s own privacy terms and data practices apply.

Your questions

For a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent to VOXFORG, email voxforg@gmail.com.

Important: This notice describes the current simple website setup. If VOXFORG later adds analytics, online payments, stored forms or customer accounts, the privacy notice and consent setup should be reviewed professionally.
